Job Description:
Are you an experienced Scaffolder looking for your next challenge in the Netherlands? Haldu Groep is looking for skilled professionals to work on residential construction projects, assembling and dismantling scaffolding systems in a safe and efficient manner.
In this role, you will work closely with construction teams to provide safe working platforms while ensuring all scaffolding complies with Dutch safety regulations and quality standards.
Your responsibilities:
- Assembling and dismantling scaffolding systems on residential construction sites
- Modifying and adjusting scaffolding during different construction phases
- Ensuring scaffolding is stable, secure, and compliant with safety regulations
- Installing guard rails, safety netting, and other protective components
- Inspecting scaffolding daily for damage, defects, or safety risks
- Maintaining scaffolding equipment and reporting defects when necessary
- Working safely and maintaining a clean and organised workplace
What we ask from you:
- Proven experience as a Scaffolder or in a similar construction role
- Good knowledge of scaffolding systems and safety procedures
- Experience working safely at height
- Good balance, coordination, and attention to detail
- Good command of English or German
- Valid VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one through Haldu Groep
- Category B driving licence is an advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
What Haldu Groep offers:
- Salary up to €540 per week. The maximum rate applies to candidates with at least 3 years of work experience in the Netherlands, a valid VCA certificate (where required), and their own car.
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
