Roofer – Malden, Netherlands
Information about the position:
As a roofer, you are responsible for a variety of tasks, including laying roof tiles, installing dormer windows and roof windows, renewing old roof battens, and possibly replacing lead flashing. You will also perform renovation and maintenance work such as replacing roof tiles, repairing chimneys, insulating or replacing the substructure, and providing necessary materials. As the single point of contact for our clients, we take full responsibility for their roofing concerns, following current building standards and applying the latest techniques and materials to ensure a solid and sustainable result for every building.
As a Roofer, you will be responsible for:
- Laying roof tiles and performing various carpentry tasks on roofs.
- Installing roof windows and dormers.
- Renewing old roof battens and replacing lead flashing if necessary.
- Carrying out large- and small-scale renovation and maintenance work on roofs.
- Following applicable building standards and using the latest techniques and materials.
What Haldu Groep offers you:
- Salary up to €650 net per week – maximum rate, amount after deduction of health insurance contributions. The maximum rate applies provided that the following conditions are met: minimum 3 years of work experience in the Netherlands, VCA certificate if required, and own means of transport.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a roofer, preferably in renovation and maintenance projects.
- Solid knowledge of various roofing tasks and materials.
- Accuracy, reliability, and a focus on quality.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems.
- A valid category B driving licence.
