Immediate Start: Road Construction Roller Operator – Mook, Netherlands
Information about the position:
Do you have experience in road construction and enjoy working with large machinery on major infrastructure projects? We are currently looking for a motivated Roller Operator for various projects in the Netherlands.
With your passion for road construction, you deliver high-quality work and ensure that asphalt operations are carried out safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and moving machinery while working closely with colleagues such as asphalt finishers and screed operators.

What Will You Do?
- Prepare and carry out work using asphalt machinery
- Operate, maintain, and relocate machinery within road construction projects
- Compact and finish asphalt layers using a road roller
- Communicate actively with colleagues such as screed operators and asphalt finishers
- Ensure high-quality completion of asphalt paving work
- Monitor and maintain safety on the worksite
- Take responsibility for machinery and the working environment
- Inspect and monitor the condition and performance of equipment
What Do We Ask?
- Proven experience in road construction
- Experience as a roller operator is an advantage
- Accurate, responsible, and safety-conscious work attitude
- Ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to work irregular shifts
- VCA certificate is mandatory
- Driving license B is an advantage
- Good command of Dutch or English
