Immediate Start: Electrician – Nijmegen
Job Description:
Are you an experienced Electrician looking to work on a variety of electrical projects? For one of our clients in Nijmegen, we are looking for a skilled Electrician.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, pulling, securing and inspecting electrical cables and installations. You will work from technical drawings and wiring diagrams, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, accurately and in accordance with applicable NEN standards, VCA guidelines and project specifications. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to delivering high-quality electrical installations.
Your responsibilities
- Reviewing technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Preparing cable routes and checking that cable trays, conduits and openings are ready for installation
- Pulling power, control, data and installation cables according to technical drawings and project specifications
- Preventing cable damage by using the correct tools and pulling techniques
- Labelling and identifying cables according to the project plan
- Checking cable lengths, bending radii and proper cable installation
- Securing cables in cable trays, conduits and shafts
- Reporting deviations or issues to the site supervisor or work planner
- Keeping the workplace clean and disposing of leftover materials
- Working in accordance with all applicable safety, quality and project regulations
What we ask from you
- Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role
- Knowledge of electrical installations and cabling
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Valid VCA certificate, or willingness to obtain one
- Accurate, independent working attitude with a strong focus on quality and safety
- Category B driving licence is an advantage
- Good command of Dutch or English
What Haldu Groep offers
- Salary up to €670 net per week (maximum rate, after deduction of health insurance contributions). The maximum rate applies to candidates with at least 3 years of work experience in the Netherlands, a valid VCA certificate (where required), and their own car.
