Job Description:
Are you an experienced Bricklayer looking for your next challenge in the Netherlands? Haldu Groep is looking for skilled professionals to join long-term residential and commercial construction projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for laying brickwork according to technical drawings and Dutch quality standards. You will work independently and as part of a professional team, ensuring accurate workmanship and a safe working environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Laying brickwork for walls, façades, and other masonry structures
- Preparing the work area and ensuring all required materials are available
- Reading and working from technical drawings
- Applying insulation and moisture barriers where required
- Checking the quality, alignment, and finish of brickwork
- Repairing and maintaining existing masonry
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workplace
- Collaborating with colleagues and other construction professionals
What we ask from you:
- Proven experience as a Bricklayer
- Ability to lay at least 250 bricks per day
- Willingness to learn Dutch bricklaying techniques
- Good command of English or German
- Valid VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one through Haldu Groep
- Category B driving licence is an advantage
- Ability to work independently
- Accurate and quality-focused working attitude
What Haldu Groep offers
- Salary up to €690 per week. The maximum rate applies to candidates with at least 3 years of work experience in the Netherlands, a valid VCA certificate (where required), and their own car.
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
