Information about the position:
As part of the Internal Assembly team, where the ‘active part’ of our product takes shape, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues to conduct final quality checks. This department is known for its warm, informal atmosphere, where everyone takes pride in the critical role they play. You’ll work in a flexible 3-shift schedule, ensuring working hours that fit your lifestyle.
Before starting, you’ll complete a complimentary safety training session, which includes lunch.
As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for:
- You assemble the entire internal components of the transformers, with a special focus on the electrical part;
- You place the winding sets over the core, which are pre-assembled by the Coil Manufacturing department;
- You seal the core by placing laminated sheets;
- You assemble the core and secure a sturdy steel structure using steel bandages.

- Salary up to €630 net per week – maximum rate, amount after deduction of health insurance contributions. The maximum rate applies provided that the following conditions are met: minimum 3 years of work experience in the Netherlands, VCA certificate if required, and own means of transport.

Requirements
- Work experience in engineering;
- Ability to communicate in German or English;
- Willingness to work in the Netherlands for more than 2 years;
- Willingness to work in shifts.
