Information about the position:
We are looking for motivated candidates to join a modern production environment in the Netherlands. You will start as an Assembly Operator, with the opportunity to grow into a Machine Operator role. The work involves foam components and automated machines.
As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Feeding machines with foam components
- Removing and collecting finished products
- Packing and scanning final products into the system
- Supporting the production process in a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Working in 3 shifts (with night shift allowance of 18.33%)
- Preparing to grow into an Operator role, where you will:
- Set up and adjust machines (injection moulding)
- Solve minor technical malfunctions (machines and robots)
- Monitor machine performance and product quality
- Suggest and implement process improvements
What Haldu Groep offers you:
- Salary up to € 550 net per week – maximum rate, amount after deduction of health insurance contributions. The maximum rate applies provided that the following conditions are met: minimum 3 years of work experience in the Netherlands, VCA certificate if required, and own means of transport.
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week;

Requirements:
- Good command of English or Dutch (mandatory)
- Technical interest or experience in a production environment
