For our client in Heijen, we are looking for an experienced Trailer Mechanic. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and repairing various types of trailers. You will identify technical problems, carry out repairs, and ensure that the equipment continues to operate safely and reliably.
You will work in a professional workshop where craftsmanship, quality, and teamwork are highly valued. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that all maintenance and repair activities are carried out accurately and efficiently.
What Will You Do?
- Perform maintenance and repair work on various types of trailers;
- Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults;
- Inspect, adjust, and repair technical components and systems;
- Carry out preventive maintenance to avoid technical problems;
- Inspect trailers and check their safety and technical condition;
- Work according to applicable safety and quality standards;
- Collaborate with colleagues to complete maintenance and repair tasks efficiently.
What Do We Require?
- Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably in trailer maintenance or transport technology;
- Technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems;
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical faults;
- Ability to work independently and accurately;
- A flexible and solution-oriented attitude;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- A proactive approach with a strong focus on safety and quality.
